Is it necessary to suffer? Reason vs

Man lives his life accompanied by various feelings, being a rational and passionate. And this feeling is the wearer to enjoy and to suffer.
When I say I mean suffering emotional distress, not the suffering that can cause some physical ailment. I often
the question arises, as I imagine that it must come to many people, because we suffer. There are people who think that suffering leads to value more the moments of joy, but I do not think that is completely in this way. You do not need to know to know the bitter taste sweet.
Different religions seek to explain the suffering, rather justify it in various ways, most justify that then you will be rewarded in the afterlife.
Another question comes to me is existential if man can handle this suffering to make it disappear or minimized. As the saying goes, no matter if it lasts 100 years. I know no person who has all his life, even if people seem to suffer more than others. And why is this? Because they choose to be so, because they fail to reach certain situations that cause suffering.
If you look calmly and trying to reason the situation in question can minimize this suffering to the point of disposal.
For example, if someone close to me made a negative comment, to give an example that you do not like cutting my hair, many people consider this as offensive which would generate a pain. But I get offended if I so love you, I suffer if I want, if you do not like my cut and good is a shame. Obviously this case is minimized, usually try to apply to situations a little more complex, but often the solution is simple.
And getting this man will unconsciously over the years, but it is only a fraction of what you can accomplish if you realize what you can accomplish if you start to generate a self-analysis when trying to improve those situations. When a child is any comment or joke comes to bother you, but when one gets older you learn to solve such situations without letting it bother you.
closing, in conclusion I believe that one should try to get personal, and can get learning to reason why you feel this discomfort and can one do to minimize it, it is obviously easier said than done. That is why in these days where people live so fast, we must learn to respect themselves being bad. Nowadays when people suffer seeks to eliminate as soon as possible, often using methods that do not eliminate suffering, but it dissipated for a while after making this increase.
If I'm upset about something should be and I have to analyze why is let it go and not try to pretend that nothing happens.
Finally I want to quote a phrase, can not remember if it was Nietzsche: "I can not do anything to win a day in this life, but if I can do something to make my days more pleasant"
